Cal provided excellent service and insight. Going the extra mile where other companies would have just tried to replace versus repair. Very thankful for my experience today!

Options weighed by warranty company and replacement fridge was better option vs repairing for $1400.

The repair to my Samsung refridgeerator was due to the water tank in my RV freezing and breaking over the winter. The tank itself was not available and we had to replace the entire assembly - very short sided on the part of Samsung and very expensive for me. The service was exceptional. My comment about "overpriceed" was in the parts NOT the service or their cost.
