Jo H. came on time and did a great job! He went above and beyond and was a nice gentleman. He apologized for us having to wait for 5 MONTHS for service although it is not his fault. I have been with Sears for more than 45 years and have never had such bad service. All of my appliances have come from Sears through out my life. We have had to put out $450.00 at the laundromat, plus 5 months of warranty payments for no service. That is almost $800.00 plus the aggravation of hauling heavy laundry back and forth at almost 80 years old.

Technician has showed up was fine. Did the job however I submitted my request in the middle of July and the technician was not scheduled to be here till early October. Are you kidding me come business is that I would love an answer back from you as to what you did wrong thank you bye-bye
