David C was wonderful. He is professional , courteous, personable on time and talented in what he does. Kept me in the loop as to his arrival time. Made sure the the Lawn Tractor’s new parts were correct and installed properly. Tested the tractor after replacement drive belt and pulley was installed and even noticed one of my tires was low on air and filled it from the truck even tried to find a possible leaks. Went above and beyond in my humble opinion, David made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. Thank You David C & Sears… I’ve been a client of your SERVICES for 20 + years and will continue to be!!! THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS YOUR AI CONTACT. SOMETIMES YOU NEED A HUMAN AND IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ONE IF A PROBLEM ARISES.
