Our Sears tech, John, was excellent. Knowledgeable and helpful regarding questions. Thank you! A different part failed. John ordered the new parts and installed. We are very happy with the service . . . And hopefully that that the replaced parts are just what is needed. Overall a 5 star service, service person, and service purchase. We are good now! All non-functions are working well and as expected. John, our service tech was knowledgeable and was not only a great tech but a nice person. We were glad that Sears has such a great and knowledgeable employee in John. We've encountered another part failure in our ice maker. We We're able to make contact and John was out and replaced another part today. While the service has has been excellent the frigidaire gallery refrigerator . . . Fair. BTW, having the map and approximate arrival time was unexpected and Great We highly recommend him as well as Sears appliance repair. A 5+ rating all around.

Tech gets 5 star. Sears get 0 stars. What a sorry excuse for a repair company. 4 appointments with 3 no shows and no calls. They are 100% AI with zero customer service. This was warranty work, otherwise I’d gone with someone else. If you don’t have to use Sears don’t!!!
