Repairman was prompt, efficient and couldn’t have been nicer. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them for repairs again, even though we declined to have the machine repaired because of age of machine and cost.

Chad was outstanding, and knew his stuff. Unfortunately, the cost of the really needed repair for a simple nylon washer for the freezer hinge would’ve been way out of my price range at over $500 between the part and another service call and his labor. I buy all GE for my house appliances and this refrigerator is maybe just over a year in service. The service and advice that Chad gave again I say was fantastic! One more comment: YOUR lousy updates via automated system on when the tech Is really going to show up is ridiculous and frankly useless. PLEASE do something about that HQ. Regards, GP - Joburg, MI
