Bill was our tech. Did a fantastic job explaining the issue causing our problem with our fridge. Also did a great job in helping weigh our options. If Bill comes to your home for service you are in good hands.

Technicians that came were very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue with my microwave quickly. They order the part that was sent directly to my home and returned to install to get everything working properly. The biggest complaint that I have is the appointment kept getting rescheduled right before they were supposed to arrive which is very inconvenient and I’m not a fan of the AI system that is used. I want the option of speaking to a real representative.
