Cleaning back of Dryer, Securely attaching vent from Dryer
I thought our technician's name was Alan. He did an excellent job in cleaning the lint out of the back of the dryer and more securely attaching the tube from the back of the dryer to the outside wall. Alan explained what he was doing as he went along. I have a better understanding of our dryer thanks to Alan.

Excellent technician
Bill was unable to duplicate my experience with the washer however he was very good at explaining the process of how things such as I encounter occurred and gave me excellent insight into the workings of my machine, so hopefully I can head off future problems.
