Technician was amazing.explained what he was doing and tested washer to make sure it was fixed . Let me explain why it cost so much ,it was the mother board that needed to be replaced after 1.5 years that is a bit much thanks whirlpool. Not technicians fault

Technician service was excellent. Tim quickly concluded what the problem was and replaced the failing part. The part was over $200 and the labor was over $300. I think the labor charge was excessive given the task. Was to unplug one part and plug in the new part. He did need to remove racks, plates etc which were simply screwed in place. The work performed was excellent but the charge was excessive. The trouble is there are few, if any, appliance repair businesses around.

Levi gave me a heads up within an hour if his arrival. He was very friendly and personable, but getting right down to business. He explained some minor issues and showed me how to avoid them in the future. Our appliance is back and working better than ever. Entire service met all promises and expectations. I would give six stars if I could. Thank you, Levi!!

Made an appointment online, got setup very quickly. The technician called before heading out of his last appointment giving me an estimated time he'd arrive. Overall work was thorough and explained things in a way to understand what was the problem. Everything I feel was brought up, upfront and no beating around the bush.overall I am satisfied with the company and the technician and will call ahead in the future if any more problems come up.
