Our technician Timothy was wonderful. There was no physical work involved, as he called it informational. There basically was the finding of humidity, partly due to the age of our Maytag refrigerator. I did expect a reduction in the service call however.

Jim was great. Sears on the other hand was awful. Their virtual operator kept canceling the repair job even after I confirmed that I had all the parts for the job. I wound up being without me refrigerator for over a month in the middle of the summer for something that I am sure a live operator would had handled. There was no way around the virtual operator. Extremely frustrating experience.
