Technician knowledgeable and friendly
The tech was unable to repair my washing machine through no fault of his own. He ordered the necessary part 4 times and each time the replacement part, even though it had the correct part number, did not work. So even though the original part has issues, the original part worked better since the replacement parts didn't work at all.
