John had to come out twice for our electric dryer. He was knowledgeable on the information he provided to me. He ordered the part needed to hopefully fix the dryer. The parts were delivered directly to me and they just scheduled when they seen parts have been delivered. It was a smooth and easy process even tho I was out of a dryer for two weeks, beats having to buy a new dryer!

Jeffrey has been to our house before for service on our fridge and as usual he was very respectful and after was very efficient getting the fridge working again. If he worked for me he would be a keeper. Couldn't answer below I bought the Protection Agreement.

John was great. He let me know what was wrong with my washing machine and the cost of the repair. Unfortunately the repair cost was more than the machine cost and I opted not to get it repaired. I did have to pay the $129 service call fee which was okay as the tech did have time and travel costs. I will definitely use Sears in the future
