I'm not happy with the price I was charged for the service I asked for. But that being said, that is not meant as a reflection on Stephen my service man. He is the ultimate professional. He did excellent quality work and explained everything he was doing as he went along. He was prompt and wasted no time in performing the service. I had a solenoid replaced on my starter and new belts installed.

I’m giving Domingo five stars because he was prompt and professional. However, it would be great to be able to interface better with the human beforehand, and not just an AI scheduler. I had requested a filter change for my fridge as part of the service. What he did (unkink the water source hose by moving the fridge in and out) took 12 minutes. If he could’ve brought a filter and replaced it, paying $139 would feel better. I am still uncertain of the fix, since the ice maker is not yet working. I asked if $139 could cover them sending me a filter replacement, and the answer is no. It’s just a bit crazy to pay that for the service rendered, and time spent, less than 20 minutes.
