Jerome was fantastic!!! On time, polite, friendly and got the job done. He evaluated the issue, ran to get the part located about 25 mins away to fix the AC unit, and completed the job in just a few hours time. He worked until 7pm! I offered him gaterade and water bc of the hot Louisiana weather. Great service!
