Very informative and professional and very nice. He listened attentatively to our comments about our situation. He arrived within reasonable time. Very pleasant to deal with. As for the company, not so pleased. There's not a human being to speak to and we had a previous technician that was a no show. I was getting messages that he was running late then said he was on his way, but never showed up. Sears never called me to discuss the situation and I tried calling tgem, but couldn't get the help needed.
