Villmore is an outstanding young man and an excellent technician. He went above and beyond….. First, the part had not arrived when he got here, asked me to call when it arrived and he would come back immediately. He then calls to say part was sent to warehouse, he then retrieved it and came back. As he begin to fix the refrigerator, he realized that it was the wrong part. So, off to warehouse again, back to house, and finally was able to solve the problem. He was as efficient as possible under unusual circumstances. Very knowledgeable. Management may want to fine-tune procedures. While he was working, almost finished, I got a call to say technician would arrive later; I advised he had been on this project for a while. Maybe computer update problems??? Then when I tried to print the receipt, no luck.
