Tech was here three times - initial visit and two with adding repair parts. He told me the refrigerator could not be repaired after the last visit. Stated that Sears would be contacting me about this result with a possible help on replacement.

Bradley is top notch and does his job very well. He is a keeper. He is a great maintenance guy. The new guy working with him seems to be good too. You as a company I am thoroughly disgusted with after getting this lemon of a fridge from you three years ago. Brad has had to come back time after time because of problems. Usually the very same problem and I was charged repeatedly even though I had a warranty agreement. The people who I talked with on the phone wouldn't wave the fee even though your maintenance guy was here every other month or so for the fridge the last year or so. Most of the time for the same problem with food freezing in the fridge. We lost a couple hundred dollars worth of food because of your lemon of a fridge. With the product under a maintenance warranty and all the maintenance costing over a thousand dollars they should have given me a new fridge but they didn't. They continued to have maintenance look at it. I will be stuck with this lemon as there is no way in hell I will renew a warranty that treats people like this. We bought sears products our entire married life which is 55 years and have never been treated like this from you or anyone. I am telling everyone that you are NOT what you use to be. They need to buy local.
