Lewis with Sears Appliance Repair was the technician who came out same day through my Choice Home Warranty. He got right to work and had the problem diagnosed within 15-20 minutes. He was straight forward that what was broken was expensive to fix and replacing the dishwasher would be a better option. I appreciated his recommendation. So I am looking for a new dishwasher. My home warranty will reimburse me the expense for the service call and the new dishwasher..

Troy arrived in the morning and I appreciated not sitting in a vacant house all day to wait on a repairman from 8am to 5pm. He was friendly and put the part in quickly. The refrigerator fan is working now.

Charlie has been thorough in accessing and fixing my fridge. Sears doesn't seem to mind how much they spend on parts and labor to try to fix as well as how much they inconvenience their customers. So we'll see if this time the fridge stays fixed. The part that concerns me is aftermarket, hopefully it is good quality. Paid twice for same issue, just didn't realize it was the same issue. After around 10 visits, my fridge seems to be working. Charlie went above and beyond to find better parts... cruising my fingers it keeps working this time!

All the technicians did excellent work, Charlie, Eric, and Louis. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. My problem was that Sears changed the original appointment that the technician scheduled for me. It was changedfrom Tuesday To Wednesday. I wanted to talk to a real person. I tried all the phone numbers I had and I just got a robot or recording. It was very frustrating. The communication with Sears Home Services was not personal. Five star
