The technician Charlie P. was a super awesome guy, even though I was throwing a fit because my home warranty (Choice Warranty) messed everything up. He was super cool, laid back and gave me tips to ensure I didnt run into the same issue again. He was super honest. Highly recommend, wish it was under other circumstances and not under Choice Warranty 😡 but the technician was awesome. Thank you again.

Very Good service. The technician was very friendly and found the problem right away. But the price was unacceptable. Just short of $500 dollars for the part and repair. I just ordered the pump on Amazon for $13.99. you guys need to list prices or estimates, because that was a waste of my time and his time and $140. You might as well buy a brand new washer for that price.

Sounds like someone else had the same experience. The tech, Wayne, gets 5 stars. But Sears gets 1. I had to cancel the first appt, but Wayne said it was just going to be a diagnostic call (I already knew what was wrong) anyway. He'd have to order parts and reschedule. Then Sears canceled 2x. I was without my washer 2 months. We drained it but it still smelled bad. We weren't very happy. But if anyone can give a positive review about my Kenmore front loader, I can. Mom of 8 country kids...I've done laundry, now.

Wayne is very professional, knowledgeable, and explains the problem and what he will do to fix it. My refrigerator was under warranty and when I contacted them, I requested Wayne with Sears.
