Jeffrey was very informative and tried hard to find a part to fix my appliance. He was courteous, patient, and took time to explain the problem to me.

The technician was great, but your over all service and trying to get ahold of an actual person was absolutely The worst ever! The ordering of parts was messed up and appointment day and time was totally incorrect. Jeff had to come to our house and sit in the driveway to order correct parts. My husband lost a day off in the midst of this chaotic mess. Your AI service is horrible and we will probably cancel our current service and choose a different home warranty place.

After 9 previous visits to fix an icemaker and the untrained technician prior to Andrew, following instructions, destroying the freezer and refrigerator in the process it is finally fixed. At a cost for several items including 20 lbs of ground beef. 7 new parts including the compressor, Andrew knew how to repair it correctly. Wish they had sent Andrew in the begining. Sears needs to provide better training to their new employees to prevent this from happening. According to Yelp we are not the only one who had this happen. From October 29 to December 3 with no fridge/freezer. They sent Andrew and we now have a refrigerator freezer with ice maker. 5 stars to Andrew.
