The service people were great. The service to get someone out to my house sucked. The person came out to see what was wrong. He ordered a part which was delivered to my house. They scheduled the same man to come back out. It was cancelled 3 times after waiting from 8:30am until they texted me it was moved to another day. My biggest complaint is that we had an F45 error within a week of putting the double ovens in. The rep said he could not duplicate the error so there was nothing to be done. Over several years, it would pop up randomly, always when I needed it most, like Thanksgiving and Christmas. Finally, error codes came up for both ovens and would not clear until it was cool again. It even showed the error and beeped even though the oven had been turned off, but was still warm. That is when I had had enough. I will never buy a Sears/ Kenmore product again. They did not back their product and pushed the responsibility to me in the first couple of weeks. We will spend our money on the next house we are moving to on a more reliable product who backs their products.
