Washer repair
The technician was efficient and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, there was an issue with AI not realizing a part had already been delivered, but it did not show that in the system, no matter how I tried correct it. It kept rebooking me to a later appointment. After 20 phone calls that were only answered by AI, I was one frustrated customer. There has to be a way to reach an actual person when there are extenuating circumstances such as mine.
