Tech,great, corporate sucks
Tech was great, but this was the 4th appointment. #1- had arranged for service. Was very clear I wouldn't be home, garage door was unlocked and I was 10 minutes away. No notification he ever came or was coming. All he had to do was call and I'd be there. # 2 and 3- no call no show. Jacob went on vacation with his truck in to be fixed. Your service scheduled him anyway, and they didn't even start on his truck til his return. Again, no one called, no show, no notification. And he was told to call in each day and report his truck was in service each morning, even though they KNEW he couldn't make any calls . This is incompetent on your part. Doesn't help that there is no way to actually talk to anyone. Sorry, AI use doesn't make for happy people. If my usual repairman hadn't just had shoulder surgery, I would have never tried appointment #4 . Tech gets 10 stars, SEARS GETS ZERO
