The technician was knowledgeable and polite. He checked the burners etc and had me call the gas company to check pressure from the meter, as somehow the pressure seems to be the issue. If not the gas co issue, then I guess I will need a plumber or someone to check the inside gas lines for pressure. He said if it turns out to only be the stove problem, he will come back for further investigating and repairs. He was very nice.

Used sears home services for a dryer repair. Would like to thank tech Gregory. Gregory was very friendly patient and knowledgeable. He immediately knew what part was needed to fix the dryer. He showed me how the part was not working properly and clearly explained the pricing and my options. I was able to make the best choice that also saved money. Gregory was the best. But I would like to give Sears home services 0 stars. After repeatedly not showing up for appointments leaving me waiting, then canceling them and only had AI bots for customer support. Not being able to speak to a real human is a big FAIL for Sears.
