Technician Manager

It took 7 visits for my washer repair to be completed. It was getting to be slightly irritating but I stayed calm and each of the technicians were amazing. Peter was first, then Clint called and no parts were delivered. Reordered motor and then Abraham came and installed the motor but then he said the timer was bad. Timer ordered and then a young technician came and installed the timer but my machine still did not work. Bad timer and the technician reordered another timer and then Peter came back to install new timer and said it s not your timer but a bad motor they sent. So Peter reordered another motor and Clintq as came back today to put in the motor. The new motor arrived with a broken connection and Clint tried the motor and it didn't work. He rewired it and connected it. It FINALLy works NOW!!!!
