Steven/other comments

Steven was great. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He called to let us know when he would be here and arrived when he said he would. Would highly recommend him to anyone. I have a problem with calls I made to schedule the repair and trying to recofirm appointments. All anyone I talked to was interested in was trying to sell me something I did not want. I repeatedly told them I was not interested and they would start on something else. This caused us to miss reconfirming the most important appointment. I called the number left and it was answered by some medical company. I said I was trying to reconfirm my appointment for the next day with Sears and she said she had a special deal for my--NOT INTERESTED!! She ended up hanging up on me. Got another call the next morning and was actually able to get Sears, had to reschedule for the same day, but after a lot of hassle finally got scheduled and the repair done. If you would take care of customers real problems rather than trying to sell something we do not want even after repeatedly saying so, your customer service would greatly improve. I hope I don't have to go through calls like that again.
