Sears was out the day we called, ordered a part and returned as soon as we got the part. The communication was great even though it was AI. It was efficient.

Our repairman, Ryan, was prompt and knowledgeable. He told us what was usually wrong with our model, but also wanted to check some other components. I’m glad he did because it was one of those other things that was the cause of the trouble. He showed us the internal parts of the freezer and explained how it worked and what was wrong. His expertise and professionalism made for an exceptional service experience.
