Jonathan did a great job, very careful and friendly! He found the problem and inspected the rest of the dryer parts for unusual wear. After reassembly he ran the dryer on a 20-minute cycle to make sure it wasn't shutting off after 10 minutes like before. Definitely a five-star appliance repairman!
