Randall is the best and tries his best to provide the absolute best service and repairs. Microwave was working when he left, but a new issue came up tonight after he left. Microwave starts beeping and a reminder messages about time comes up on the control panel, and a message about a possible short and service on the control panel may be needed also comes up. How many times is Sears going to keep trying to repair our microwave, instead of replacing it under warranty.
