The technician did great but the price of the part to fix it was $300 more than a brand new dryer! Make that make sense!

Travis was courteous and respectful. He answered questions about the dryer repair. This was a reschedule appointment and it was very satisfactory he was so helpful and obliging in his service. However the original appointment had a no show and we had to wait all day and when we tried reaching Sears we could not get live assistance to let us know that no onr was going to show up. That was disturbing very bad business. A call would have been appreciated. When trying to reschedule, AI set us out 1 month which was not okay as we already waited 2 weeks. We are thankful that when we refused the month out 3 days later we got a one week out rescheduled appointment. That was appreciated. The AI assistant does not assist but merely gives a date and there is no choice in the matter. Overall, I'm glad with the service provided knowing we need to be patient as live bodies are difficult to have on staff and we appreciate that the reschedule was moved up Thank you

Travis was great Polite and knowledgeable. Very nice. Unfortunately your ai emails, texts and cancelling my appointment the day before was really bad. 10 minutes before my Appointment i got an ai text saying I was cancelled. There was no one to talk to or complain to. Will not use again just for those reasons. Travis was the best however.
