Isiah the Technician Was very professional, Courteous, and efficient in repairing our Refrigerator. Sears Appliance gets a 3 stars or less for its AI support and scheduling with no way to contact a live customer service agent when things go wrong! It took 20 days from diagnosis and parts ordering and multiple reschedulings to get it done. Time will tell how long it lasts!
