Joshua, was great. Sears overall is a problem. Joshua was the fourth visit I've had from technicians. He was scheduled after I left a 9-5 window open last week which, after waiting all day, was cancelled by Sears around 3pm. I was never able to get to a human on the phone to rescheduled or address the cancelation. This is unacceptable. I did not pay for a home appliance warranty to only speak to AI. Naming her Samantha is so insulting, there is no need to humanize a non human experience. I will rethink my Sears Home warranty renewal for any company that will prioritize human beings. I thought Joshua was sent to address escalation of my leaking dishwasher to a resolution. I was informed that after four visits yet another tech needs to come out to address the issue and even then it will not be to repair or replace the dishwasher. This lengthy process might be acceptable if I was able to speak to a human being about what all is involved, I was informed that there are no humans to speak to. This is the bad place.
