Russell has been here before and as usual, he was able to solve the problem by replacing the new bulb. The socket does not have to be replaced as I thought it would. Good job.

William has been very patient and good even though after weeks of the parts being on backorder then the warehouse sent the wrong part! Finally today he was able to get the board installed. The range seems to be working so far. This practically new GE range had only been used for not quite 3 months. (Almost $3000 on sale!! ). We would highly recommend William. O4-25-26. The saga continued with more faults alerting! We have finally gotten a whole top display installed by William. We are hoping this fixes everything! We would highly recommend William.
