Repair technician was very thorough and professional. My problem is with Sears & their charges!!! For some reason I need a separate policy for my freezer when I’ve been paying for an appliance warranty for over a year! Clearly bait & switch!!! I will be finding another service provider!!!

The technician is very good. He knows his job. I only wish the job tracker would work better. The tech arrived after the estimated arrival time, that is ok but it would have eased my anxiety about him coming if the time could have showed as keeping up with him.
