Mr. Edward, the service technician was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. Also, in layman's terms, he explained his findings to me. I found his method of relating to be most outstandinding! Although there is always room for improvement for most of us; I can't say that for Mr. Edward. However, I will say that Mr. Edward should just keep doing what he is doing and he will be richly blessed! P.S. I like this company's service 100 percent...
