5 Stars for Alex, the service technician! 3 stars for the actual AI reservation system. 0 Stars for the company's complete disregard for the Customer! The company's Service is Ridiculously BAD! Sitting at home for an appointment "window" of 9 hours (8am-to-5pm) without the option of selecting either morning or afternoon and misinformation from the AI messaging telling you specific time "windows" - which the technicians are unaware - of is HORRIBLE! No human ever contacts you for the FIRST appointment for the technician to come inspect and diagnose the issue to order parts. You are chained to your home all day unless the technician initiates contact to tell you they did not know of the assignment and they are 2+ hours away on the other side of the world, so you will need to be rescheduled for tomorrow (ANOTHER FULL DAY OF WAITING). Then, wait for the parts for who knows how long), before another FULL DAY OF WAITING for the technician to get to your home to actually repair the appliance. I have nothing against using AI and automation, but it would be wonderful if any of these service companies had ANY respect for our time and actually managed their teams to align with the CUSTOMER'S needs. AI Auto-responder is LAME!!! Do Better and actually contact your customers!
