My refrigerator was not cooling. It appeared that the compressor was out. However, Nick asked if there had been a power outage. There had been. He reset the fridge then he showed me how to reset the fridge. He checked to make sure that the fridge and freezer were at the proper temp. I was so happy to hear my fridge hum again. He was professional and pleasant. If you ever need after hours or weekend appliance service, like I did, call Sears Appliance repair.
