Delroy was very helpful. Despite it being complicated to enter my condo due to insurance cert requirements and lack of clarity from the warranty company since my warranty was sold and under a different company name and phone number - DELROY came on time 3 times - remained helpful to get it sorted - and one. He was in my unit fixed the issue quickly and gave good advice.

Dwight was here about 3 hours working on our refrigerator. He was thorough and really tried to fix our 17 yr old GE fridge that just stopped cooling and freezing yesterday. He found the issue, but discovered the wiring in the fridge shot and can’t be repaired. Thank you Dwight for all of your hard work!
