Could Not Repair Ice Maker
It was a shame that Hal had to come back to see why our ice maker did not make ice and apparently it had something to do with the wiring and could not be repaired. Hal is very nice and was sorry that he could not repair the ice maker. I do feel that since it was the same problem as when Hal came out before that we should not have been charged the labor costs as it was something that could not be repaired from the first time he came out and we had to have him back not for another problem but for the same problem as before.

Washer repair
Joe was able to get our washer working again. The first repair company installed the wrong parts and it didn't work. So our warranty company called a second repair company (Sears) and Joe ordered the correct parts and fixed us up. Thank you!
