Would highly recommend Sears Appliance repair ! Excellent service! Jermaine was amazing! I want to mention why use Sears. They are a reputable company. I used freedom appliance repair prior to Sears. They charged a lot of money. They didn't fix the problem correctly, lost hundreds in food. Wish I knew then Sears could tackle my ikea refrigerator/freezer. I now know and have learned my lesson. Couldn't be happier with the service Sears did! Will always use them from now on. Will definitely recommend to people. Thank you !

The technician clearly explained what was wrong with our refrigerator and walked us through the steps that would be needed to fix it. He was polite, respectful, and professional throughout the visit. In the end, we decided not to proceed with the repair since the cost of the parts would have been more than replacing the fridge entirely. Given that our refrigerator is over 10 years old, it seems like it was simply time for a new one.
