Took 5 visits, but dishwasher is working again. First person came beginning of year, diagnosed diverter motor. Second trip replaced diverter motor. Third trip diagnosed diverter motor again. 4th trip replaced it and diagnosed washer motor. 5th trip replaced washer motor and I think it is working now. Thanks so much!

Jestavian
Jestavian was exceptional. He was dedicated to resolving our problem. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was working in a confined space, that didnt seem to hinder his determination to resolve the problem. A great technician and highly recommended

Great and Affordable Service
Sergii diagnosed our ancient Maytag washer (which we unfortunately destroyed beyond repair). He was very knowledgeable and informative, as well as genuinely humble, kind and helpful. You really couldn't ask for a better human or better service. Exactly why we always use Sears technicians to service our appliances!
