Chris worked on the washing machine. Amado worked on the dryer until parts were ordered and then Chris came and completed both the washer and the dryer today. He was very thorough and quick. The only negative I have is the AI constructions. They called to tell me that they would not be able to come and fix my dryer until four to 6:00 PM however, The same person, Christopher fixed them both in the morning. Sometimes getting a hold of a real person to explain what your concerns are is very difficult
