Carlos was great. He knew what was wrong, and gave me an estimate right away. But the repair was almost as expensive as a new dryer, and this one is 20 years old. So I decided to get a new one instead. No repair work was done. Feedback for you: I received several texts about changing my appointment time to earlier, but no one responded when I said yes. The text said there was an opening at noon (vs. 1:00 - 5:00 window), and was I interested. I said yes, and heard nothing more. Just fyi.

Isaac was a fabulous tech. He kept me aware of his ETA, and he has decades of experience. He walked me through all of the diagnostics and explained which parts were wearing out from our 15-year+ washing machine. He also let me know that 1 of parts was discontinued, which made a repair not possible. Isaac gave me great recommendations for a new washing machine, and he shared that a new washer is less expensive than the repair (if the parts still existed.) He's a true expert and very honest!
