He called ahead, to update with arrival time. He was friendly. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the refrigerator drain line that had some ice in it, therefore it could not drain properly. He also va used out the dust behind the snap on cover at the front bottom of the fridge where the ice maker filter is. He explained everything as he went along. A very good service man.
