Needing to repair an appliance is never fun, never cheap, and almost always necessary to prolong the life of it rather than buy new. We have an eight year old Kitchen Aid and circumstances lead me to do a deep clean, which involved removing the freezer drawer and attached components. Naturally, in putting it back together, something didn't fit right and the freezer door seal was not sealing. After doing what I could, I knew to call in help to fix it. I got on line and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Jose arrived during the window I was told he would, and he was courteous and kind. He listened when I described as best as I could what was wrong, and he got right to work first inspecting what wasn't working, then fixing it. It involved removing everything from the freezer (again!), and undoing the door and bins. He saw exactly what was wrong, dealt with it, and everything works as it is supposed to. He even identified another issue and fixed that as well. As the repair technician, he has no control over the pricing, that's all on the corporation. It wasn't cheap, but it was less than a sixth of what a replacement refrigerator (same model-ish) would cost. Bottom line is that Jose was a pro, and he worked quickly and efficiently. Ten out of ten. No notes.
