The technician unfortunately was not given the information I uploaded to your AI chatbot that requested the model. If he had the info he would of been aware that the model of GE oven no longer makes parts for my unit. I paid $129.00 for technician to tell me my oven was unrepairable. I learned 2 things from this experience to investigate on internet, like the tech did to find this oven is trash and I am out $129.00's.
