The first technician that initial came, immediately diagnosed the problem. He did not even do any test on other possible cause. He ordered a replacement part (ice maker) that is not needed. The 2nd technician Mohammad, came to supposedly install the ice maker said that the ice maker is not the problem. He conducted multiple test and concluded that there’s a leak on the Freon. He repaired the leak and added Freon. American Home Shield needs to be aware that not every technician is knowledgeable, and not every diagnosis is 100% correct. We all need someone like Mohamed who knows what they are doing. Excellent job Mohamed!
