We have been without a working washer for more than a month going back and forth with Sears regarding service. Sears ordered parts for the washer which were sent to a wrong address. The technician, Issac, went above and beyond. He discovered that the parts had been delivered to a wrong address. He communicated with Sears and us to help rectify the situation. Thank you, Issac for helping! Hopefully, Sears follows through with the completion of job!

The technician was very professional and he knew how to remove the boot ( rubber piece around the washer door. The parts on the website was at least $100 less than what I had to pay.
