Helful and thurough service
Mohammad showed up on time and also he was kind enough to help me take the food out of my freezer and went through everything with me about my fan freezer and made some adjustments then greased it and it was good to go. The noise stopped and the fan worked fine. He then helped me put the food back and my large freezer back on a high shelf, which were tasks he did not have to help me with so I am grateful for his extra time and assistance.

He was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the repair attempts to the refrigerator, both temporary and permanent, did not last, but I do not attribute that to him.
