The tech was sent out to repair our broken air conditioner an when he arrived said you guys do ot repair mini splits. He was very professional. My home warranty screwed up we were very clear and told them it was a mini split it was not Sears fault they sent you it was choce home warraty. Thx Tom

He REALLY cared that our a/c got fixed.We have been dealing with this issue for over a month. TODAY was the 7th appointment for this issue.When he got here yesterday he didn't know that the fan motor needed replaced so he didn't have the part with him but he promised me he would get the part and come back today -- and he did.You need more techs like him,he does a great job and keeps his word.I would give him 10 stars if I could

This grade is for VISAL! One of the BEST service operators we've had in a LONG LINE of providers. Visal keep us aware of his arrival times, was on time, and went right to work. He was/is very professional, courteous, informative, and thorough. I probably had too many questions for him but he continued working and explaining things as he did them. I learned more about my a/c and system in 1 hour than I did the last 17 years. I really appreciate that he too his (extra) time to answer my questions and tell me 'what' he was doing and 'why'. When it comes time for a RAISE, put VISAL at the head of the list. THANK YOU SEARS, THANK YOU VISAL.
