Raymond did a great job on my refrigerator. After a month of frustrating appointment cancellation by Sears AI system, I was lucky to have Raymond show up at last to my house; he tested the fridge, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Within 3 days the part was here and he showed up on the same day to install. I would say, Raymond wiped clean the bad experience I was having with Sears scheduling service. Before Raymond, another technician had come to diagnose the issue and left it hanging for a month!
