?

Matthew was clean, polite and professional. He came last Tuesday and Today. He was very pleasant and if I ever need help again I would like to have him again. I called May 15 and from the time I first talked with the company until today I received 30 messages. Email, voice mail and text. I feel that is too much. Thank you for your help.

Review of latest repair person and comments on initial one

Dylan was excellent. He was thoroughly and used the appliance manual and test mode to find the problem. The technician for the first trip was either lazy or not knowledgeable. I believe his name was sunny. He opened the fridge, looked inside and decided it was a fan and then ordered the blender which worked fine. I hope to never see him again as it was a waste of my time for him to come here. He (Sonny i believe his name was) wasn't interested in repairing my fridge. Thanks to Dylan for his diligence.
